Active Birth
The active birth website gives a wealth of information concerning pregnancy and childbirth and a list of all  YogaBirth teachers  who have completed a two-year training course and are qualified to teach specialised yoga classes for pregnancy and the post-natal period.  Their training also qualifies them to teach birth preparation workshops and courses for the pregnant woman and her birth partner.  By combining yoga classes with birth preparation courses, empowerment is given to women to give birth with confidence and knowledge whatever their birth experience.  This confidence can be a springboard into positive parenting.
Becky Richards teaches in Canterbury on Saturday mornings and Harbledown on Friday mornings.
Faversham classes are new for 2004, at the Alexander Centre on Wednesday evenings.
Mother and baby classes are on Friday afternoons in Canterbury
